The method, applied market by market

Structure & zones on gold
Marking structure the 2 CR way on XAUUSD, order blocks and FVGs at session extremes, CRT ranges on the 4H opens, and how gold's volatility changes stop placement.
Forex majors: correlation & SMT
EURUSD / GBPUSD and correlated pairs: when one sweeps a low and the other refuses, the sweep is manipulation. Dollar context, session overlap, and the same structure rules on a different rhythm.
Crypto: structure that never sleeps
Bitcoin trades 24/7, so there is no session close to anchor to — you learn which highs and lows carry liquidity, how weekend ranges behave, and how the method adapts.
US indices: the open
US30 and NAS100 around the New York open — opening-range liquidity, the 9:30–11:00 window, and why index setups reward patience over prediction.
Contract math & risk

When gold and forex actually move — in IST
Everything else is range-building, which is useful: those ranges become the liquidity that fuels the session moves. Full detail on the gold market page.

IST offsets shift by an hour when US/UK daylight-saving changes — the exact windows are converted live in class.
