We collect the minimum we need to deliver your indicators and support you — and nothing you type into our free calculators ever leaves your browser. This page explains exactly what we hold and why.

We only collect personal information you give us directly, and only what is needed to provide the service:
We do not collect government IDs, financial account details, trading account credentials or broker statements — and we will never ask for them.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors on their own secure infrastructure. Your card or bank details are entered directly with the processor — we never see, receive or store your card data. We receive only a confirmation of payment and basic order information (plan, amount, transaction reference) needed to grant access and provide support. The processor's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.
Every calculator on our Free Tools page — position size, options, risk : reward and the session clock — runs entirely in your browser. Account balances, risk percentages, strike prices and any other numbers you enter are processed locally on your device, are never transmitted to our servers, and are not stored by us in any form. No sign-up is required to use them.
This website does not set first-party tracking cookies and does not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers.
If we add an analytics tool in the future, this section will be updated to name the tool, describe what it collects, and explain how to opt out before it goes live.
Pages on this site embed free TradingView widgets — live charts, ticker tapes and the economic calendar. These widgets are loaded from TradingView's servers, and TradingView may set its own cookies and collect usage data (such as your IP address and interactions with the widget) under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. If you prefer not to load TradingView content, you can block third-party scripts in your browser; the rest of the site, including the calculators, will continue to work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, email delivery), and only to the extent necessary.
We keep your account and order information for as long as you have an active subscription or lifetime licence, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes — resolving disputes, honouring refund windows, and meeting tax and accounting record-keeping obligations. Support emails are retained so we can reference past issues you have raised. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.

We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Requests must come from the email address associated with your order so we can confirm it is really you.
We limit the data we hold, restrict access to it, and use reputable third-party providers for payment and email. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but holding less data is the best protection — which is why the calculators run in-browser and card details never touch our systems.
The Services are not directed at children and are intended for adults of legal age to trade in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email to active subscribers.
