Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of smtradingzone.com and your access to our invite-only TradingView indicators, tools, guides and other content. By purchasing access or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are & what these terms cover

"SM Trading Zone", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of smtradingzone.com. "You" means any visitor to this website or purchaser of our products. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover the website, our free tools and guides, and paid access to our TradingView invite-only indicators and related materials (together, the "Services").

Our products are educational software and content. They are not investment advice — the Risk Disclaimer forms part of these Terms and you should read it in full.

2. Licence to use our indicators

When you purchase a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased indicators through TradingView's invite-only script system for the duration of your plan. Access is granted to your TradingView account; the scripts themselves remain hosted on TradingView and their source code is never delivered to you.

You may not:

  • share, lend, rent, sublicense or resell access to any indicator, or make it available to any other person or account;
  • copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, or attempt to reconstruct the source code or logic of any script;
  • republish, redistribute or repackage our indicators, alerts, guides, ebooks or diagrams, in whole or in part;
  • use our alerts or signals to operate a paid signal service, copy-trading channel or similar commercial offering without our prior written consent;
  • use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Account access & your TradingView username

Access is tied to one TradingView username per subscription. You are responsible for providing your correct username at purchase and for keeping your TradingView account secure.

Changing your username

If you change or lose your TradingView account, we will transfer access to a new username on request — email support@smtradingzone.com from the address used at purchase. Reasonable transfers are free; frequent or suspicious transfer requests (a pattern consistent with account sharing) may be refused or treated as a breach of Section 2.

4. Subscriptions, renewal & cancellation

  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current period (see the Refund Policy).
  • Lifetime plans are one-time purchases granting access for the commercial life of the product (see Section 9 on changes and discontinuation).
  • If a renewal payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable grace period, indicator access may be paused until payment is completed.
  • Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal and never retroactively. Current pricing is always shown on the Pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular you will not:

  • interfere with the operation or security of this website or of TradingView;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-download site content, or use it to train competing products;
  • misrepresent our products — for example, marketing them with fabricated win rates or profit guarantees;
  • impersonate SM Trading Zone or claim affiliation without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All Pine Script indicators, source code, algorithms, alert logic, guides, ebooks, diagrams, illustrations, page copy, branding and design on this site are the intellectual property of SM Trading Zone and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. © SM Trading Zone, all rights reserved.

Purchasing a plan buys a licence to use the indicators as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership of any code or content. TradingView and its marks belong to TradingView, Inc.; chart data belongs to its respective providers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or permanently revoke access, without refund, if you:

  • share, resell or attempt to extract the scripts (Section 2);
  • initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following the Refund Policy — chargebacks result in immediate revocation of all access;
  • materially breach any other part of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the indicators will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any market data is accurate — see the Risk Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SM Trading Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising out of or in connection with the Services — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to the Services

Indicators are actively developed: features may be added, changed or removed, and settings or visuals may differ between versions. We may retire a product from sale; existing lifetime holders will be given access to the product's replacement within the same product line where one exists, or continued access to the final released version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this site or by email to active subscribers; continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
