Refund Policy

Simple and honest, like the rest of the site: a fair first-purchase window on monthly plans, clear exclusions for lifetime access, and a straightforward way to ask.

Note: because indicators are delivered as instant, non-returnable TradingView access, refunds are limited by design. Try the free tools and free guides first — they are the best way to judge our quality before you buy.

1. Monthly plans — first purchase

Your first purchase of a monthly plan is covered by a 7-day refund window from the date access is granted, provided the access has not been heavily used. "Heavily used" means, as a guideline, more than 5 days of active chart use of the invite-only scripts within the window.

This window exists so a genuine first-time buyer who finds the suite is not for them can get their money back. It applies once per customer, to the first purchase only.

2. Monthly & yearly renewals

  • Renewals are not refundable. You can cancel any time before the renewal date and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • If a renewal was charged after you cancelled (a billing error on our side), we will refund it in full — just send the order details.
  • Yearly plans follow the same first-purchase window as monthly plans; after the window closes, the remaining term is not refundable.

3. Lifetime plans

Lifetime purchases are non-refundable once TradingView access has been granted. Because a lifetime licence delivers the full, permanent value of the product immediately and access cannot be "returned", we cannot offer a refund window on lifetime plans. If access has been paid for but not yet granted (for example, you have not sent a TradingView username), a full refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase.

4. What is never refundable

  • Orders where the scripts have been shared, resold or misused in breach of the Terms of Service.
  • Refund requests based on trading losses or market performance — our products are educational tools, not profit guarantees (see the Risk Disclaimer).
  • Requests made after the applicable window has closed.
  • Ebooks and downloadable guides once delivered.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@smtradingzone.com from the email address used at purchase.
  2. Include your order/transaction reference, the plan purchased, the purchase date and your TradingView username.
  3. Briefly tell us why — it helps us improve, and it is not used to argue you out of an eligible refund.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and tell you clearly whether the request is inside the policy.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment processor and your bank. Indicator access is removed when the refund is issued.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks filed instead of following this policy result in immediate revocation of all access under the Terms of Service, and may make you ineligible for future purchases. If we got something wrong, we would much rather fix it directly — and we do.
